Can i customize my box?

The contents in each Refine {in a box} are custom curated by our team specifically to fit the theme of the box you purchase, and therefore cannot be swapped out or exchanged. Our team has years of experience under their belts, with every aspect of being a part of retreats, from hosting, directing, and attending retreats, we have a good idea of what items make the best gifts for your time. Our team hand selects items that we are confident will be both useful and a blessing to you. We do the work of putting these things together, so that you don’t have to.

Can i order a box for someone else?

How thoughtful of you! Yes—by all means! We believe that Refine {in a box} is an excellent gift for a friend who could use a retreat. Be sure to specify the shipping address of the person you are gifting it to at checkout, and we will handle it from there. Want to give anonymously?— We got you! Your secret is safe with us! ;)

I changed my mind about my box. Can I cancel my order?

Will I know ahead of time what is in my box?

Something in my box arrived broken. Can I get it replaced?

What kinds “additional digital content” will I find when I scan the QR code included in my Refine {in a box}?

All Refine {in a box} orders are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. The items in our boxes are new, and make excellent gifts and can be easily re-gifted to someone you know who would enjoy them.

Yes-ish. The specific contents of your Refine {in a box} will always include at least 5 items that are hand-picked to help facilitate the 5 R’s of Refine (Rest, Reflection, Refinement, Renewal, & Revival) during your retreat. In addition to these core 5 items, our boxes also include additional contents that are intended to delight and surprise you. For obvious reasons, these items need to be our little secret until your box arrives.

Uhg! We hate it when that happens! If something in your Refine {in a box} arrives broken, please email us. Depending on availability, we may not be able to replace the specific item with the exact same thing, but we will see what we can do to help make it right.

Good question! The additional digital content provided with your Refine {in a box} includes a mix of things from recorded prayers and liturgies, scripture readings, lectio and/or visio divina, art journaling tutorials, music playlists, short teachings, and more. Every box comes with its own QR code with content specifically curated to accompany the theme for that box. The QR codes do not expire. They are not interchangeable from box to box.
